Our Team
Amber Pierson + Mary Poole
We are the mother-daughter team who had the idea of creating BTP after the birth of Amber’s son and Mary’s grandson, Kai. Mark and Mary Poole owned an existing building and were part of a cheerleading program that provided the space for the play gym to operate. With Amber’s background in education, her parents’ entrepreneurial experience, and the support of her husband, Danny, they were all able to collectively make this dream a reality!
Kai Pierson
This little fighter was the whole reason Amber and Mary even decided to take on such a huge adventure. He’s faced several challenges since birth in his short life already but continues to push on. We know there are several other children out there, just like Kai, who are going through medical challenges, experiencing delays or disabilities who all deserve a safe and fun place to play without judgment.
